Adding Items to an Account Dynamically, Without Default Price and Description

There times when a user wants to charge an Item and write their own description for the charge at time of entry. Thus, you should set up a MISC Inventory Item to use for this feature.

To use the MISC Inventory Items feature Effectively
Setup up:
1. MISCTX  (ID)  Misc. Taxable (description)  set to "misc"
2. MISCNTX   (ID) Misc. Non Taxable  (description) set to "misc"

This way the Property can charge an extra Item to a Guest without entering it into Parameters first - they can do so 'on-the-fly'!

All items where the description will not change should be set to stock or service in the Inventory Item setup.
