Credit Card Charge or Refund Error when Using a Net Rate Credit Card (Expedia, Orbitz, etc)

Whenever a Net Rate company provides a credit card for a guest stay, it is nearly always a 'one time credit card', good for only 2 weeks between check out date and for 2 weeks there after. It is a special product credit-card issuing banks provide to merchants.

If you mistakenly did not use the card until 2 weeks after check out, or credited that card by mistake, or deleted that card prior to charging it, then your only recourse is to contact the Net Rate company (such as Expedia) and explain your mistake and try to get a new one for the charge. BookingCenter cannot help, unfortunately.
