What does the "Mailbox Unavailable" error message mean?When trying to email a booking confirmation letter and an error message states: "mailbox is unavailable", you may not have email access to that particular computer. Please check your smtp settings in BookingCenter Paramaters>Internet Configuration Screen to make sure they reflect the settings you use in your email program. Also check to see if you can send emails from your email program (like Microsoft Outlook). If you still have issues, you may need to get a system admin person or IT person to look at your email settings. | |
