BookingCenter added a new letters process to the BookingCenter desktop software in Feb 2009. All your existing letters are still functional and included with the new letters area. Existing letters are contained under the letter group called 'External docs'. By selecting this group you will be linking to all your existing MS Word letters that you created in earlier versions of BookingCenter.

Attached is a PDF instructions sheet. We recommend that you look over the instructions and get into the new letter tool. This will make your custom letters easier to create and give you the ability to email custom letters with graphics and rich text.
