Current Encryption PCI compliance has made it more difficult to pass credit card information to a traditional client server database like the Desktop Software.  However, you can still view Credit Card Information for Online Bookings (for example, GDS, OTAs, or your website) from your Members Area.

Simply log into : https://members.bookingcenter.com/

Use your Site ID and Password for your property to log in. (your ID and password can be found in your Desktop software in BookingCenter dropdown> Parameters> Company Information).

When you log into your Members Area, the first screen is Online Bookings.   Click on the Booking ID to see the booking details as well as the credit card information of that booking in the bottom right.  The credit card data is encypted and your credit card retention policies determine how long the card data remains.
