Creating and Managing Loyalty Programs

Bookingcenter provides an API (application programmable interface) for marketing systems that perform loyalty tracking. This allows our customers to work with numerous 'loyalty' systems as well as their own.  Basically, all Bookings get posted to an outside system  - via a web service -where the 'loyalty' rewards are tracked.

When the Loyalty Program identifies a Guest who is enrolled at a certain tier, then the Guest Type can be altered for the specific Guest (see: for details on this feature) which can then trigger a discount for ongoing discounts.  
Or a message to staff at check-in that the Guest is a specific 'type' needing additional care and consideration.
