Knowledgebase | reservations with no credit card information

If you receive a reservation from and it has no credit card information, this is because of a setting within the extranet.

If you wish to disable this feature, please login to your extranet and you will be able to edit this under the Payment and Cancellation Policies under the ‘Property Info’ tab.

Simply un-check the box that states 'Allow domestic customers to book without credit card details'.

When this is done, reservations will only be allowed with credit card information.
