How is my data backed up in MyPMS?

The beauty of MyPMS is that it backs up your data automatically at our secure locations (redundant locations that require biometric readers to gain access to the co-location facilities). There is no need for a client to do any backups.

However, at any time, you can go into the Reports area and download as Excel or .csv any of your data, for any time period you desire. Thus, keeping your own backup files, should you desire to do so.
