Deposit and cancellation Policy Options

 BookingCenter's products - MyPMS, Desktop PMS, and Channel Manager Tool - can maintain separate deposit and cancellation policies in the following places:


• Inside your PMS (for example, one confirm letter has a 50% deposit and another can be setup to have 100% pre-paid non-cancellable).
• GDS systems (travel agencies - we can load unique ones for unique agents you have relations with.
• OTAs (Online Travel Agencies such as Booking.com, Expedia, Orbitz, etc).
• Your online Booking Engine if you use our XML web services. 

Where we can't have different policies is on your online Booking Engine if you use our template system. That template only pulls one deposit and cancellation policy (from the setup/parameters area).
