OTA Contract Rates:  What things are controlled in the MyPMS and what things are still controlled in the extranet?

When your property decides to interface your OTA (Online Travel Agent) extranet with their BookingCenter PMS system, there are several components of your OTA profile that will continue to be managed through your extranet and others components that will now be managed through your PMS system.  

This following list describes what components are managed where in order to help you manage both sides of your OTA connection:

BookingCenter:

5.  Length of Stay 

6.  Closed to Arrivals

OTA Extranet:

4.  Cancellation Policies

5.  Restrictions for Rooms/Rates

6.  Taxes

7.  Create Promotions (NOT in the Set-up Wizard but directly with your Market Manager)

8.  Create New Room Descriptions
