Internet Explorer users turn on Compatibility Mode

Users attempting to access BookingCenter MyPMS in Internet Explorer 10 and later will see some limited functionality. Images might not show up, menus might be out of place, and text boxes could be jumbled together. This can be caused by a compatibility problem between Internet Explorer and the site you're on. When a site is incompatible with Internet Explorer, you'll see the Compatibility View button in the Address bar. You can only turn on Compatibility View in Internet Explorer for the desktop.

To access the MyPMS program in IE, users should turn on Compatibility Mode. You may also need to click on Show all content.

  • Turn on Compatibility Mode for IE 10/11
  • Go To IE10 Menu Bar - If the Menu bar is not visible, Press "Alt" and can View the Menu Bar.
  • Alt - Tools - Compatibility View Settings (Alt + T +B)
  • A Pop-up window appears as shown in below Screen Shot.

You can add the Websites which you feel should appear in Compatibility view and can remove them if not required.

Another options is: (see pdf attached)

Next to the address bar, click/tap on the un-highlighted Compatibility View icon button. Result: The webpage will reload with Compatibility View turned on.
