Multiple Revenue Center breakdown occur in MyPMS based on the setup of the Inventory Items and Groups. For example, if a property had 4 restaurants and 2 bars, 'food1' postings would comes from an Inventory Group called 'restaurant1' and all food charges using the Item ID 'food1 (with a folio description such as 'Negri's Italian restaurant' ) would post into restaurant 1 group for reporting purposes. Thus, combining all food, beverage, and tips for restaurant1 occurs in the Restaurant 1 Group.

If another POS terminal in the Mexican restaurant is setup to post 'Food2' from an Inventory Group called 'restaurant2' then all food charges from restaurant2. And so on...

Thus, the breakdown for reporting is based on the setup of the Inventory Items and Groups.
