Why is my Commission Statement emailed with incomplete Site information?



Commission Statements are automatically sent out by our system between the 4th and 8th of each month, for the previous month's guests.

If your commission statement is completely blank, with no information within the body of the email, please email billing@bookingcenter.com as the tech issue is originating on our end.

If the body of your commission statement contains the introduction of the email, but stops mid-way through, omitting the guests' information, then an email server on your side stopped the information from coming through.

To keep the issue from occurring each month, we suggest changing your mail just for the commission statements to a gmail or yahoo account. The complete email is always allowed through these web-based email accounts. Email billing@bookingcenter.com to make the change in your email address.

If you would like to access the information in your commission statement, log into your Member's Area -> Bookings -> Network Commissions -> Select desired month -> Click "Fetch". What you see is exactly what would have been emailed to you.
