Export All Guests to a FileThe ability to export all your guests, or any subset based on visitation patterns, resides in BookingCenter. All guests can be exported in a CSV (comma separate value file) that can be opened in Excel and used for any marketing purpose. Simply access the Setup Area of my Property Management System (note - one needs to have Manager access to see the Setup area) and go to the Relationships tab, Guests (https://mypms.bookingcenter.com/site_guests.phtml). Note at the top of the screen there is a button called 'Export All Guests'. Click this button and a file callde "guest_export.csv" will be downloaded to your Mac/Windows that can then be opened in Excel, or whatever program you use for managing large lists. This can be repeated as often as needed or desired. | |
