I get internal server error and cant check in or save



Properties that were migrated to the new MyPMS system can have too many characters in the guest message. Because the guest message is part of the guest record it must be removed from the set-up area before continuing.

To remove (or edit down to an acceptable length) the errant guest message:
Go to:setup:
click on the relationships tab:
click the guest link.
Do a last name search for your guest to find the specific guest record.
Click on their ID to edit the guest record. Remove the guest message. save the guest record and return to the from desk.

Go back to your booking and remove the guest message from the booking and save. Now you may proceed with check in or edit features of the booking without the internal server error.
