Where do we swipe the credit card and get the data to properly 'parse'?While you can swipe a credit card from either the New Booking, Guest Data, or Manage Credits Cards screens, the process if effectively the same: With the mouse in the 'Credit Card' field and no other data present, swipe the card. The data will be parsed and you will 'see' a series of numbers. Now hit your 'tab' key to exit and get the data bits into their proper place. Each web browser on a Windows PC, Macintosh, or mobile phone does this a little different, but remember to hit TAB after the swipe and the data ought to look properly and then click SAVE. | |
