Migrations will impact your reports in the following ways:
- Transaction Reports are based on system date and will not change during you migration. However the time and date the user posted the transaction to the folio on the prior PMS is normally based on clock date. In this case you will notice that the clock date on the transaction report in MyPMS has changed to the date and time the migration was run.
- The Manager's Report contains components of both system and clock date. It is important to be aware during Migration that once Migration is finished events on the Manager's Report in the 'Today' column may fall on either day prior, current day or next business days report. The 'Today' totals for the Manger's report will be back to normal by the 2nd business day following the migration.
Generally any system date based reporting will preserve original system dates, while any clock date based reporting will contain the clock date and time of when the migration was performed.
