My property is tax inclusive and I need to change my tax rate. How do I update it properly Tax inclusive properties that need to adjust their tax rate must follow a specific process to insure taxes update properly. 1) Log into the members area and click Setup \| Tax Configuration. 2) De-select Collect Tax & Collect Charge (if applicable). 3) Click Update. 4) Enter the correct tax percentage and re check the collect Tax & Charge (if applicable) boxes. 5) Click Update. I tried to update taxes prior to reading this KB article and now my rates are incorrect, how do I fix it? Revert your tax settings as they were prior to trying to modify your percentage and click update. Then follow the directions provided above.
