You can change the passwords used in the Desktop PMS, but please keep in mind that the BookingCenter Desktop's password must 'sync' up to login to the Support Area (http://support.bookingcenter.com/) and the Members Area (https://members.bookingcenter.com/), as well as sync rates, availability and content to your online service.
To set the passwords to 'sync' between the two systems, do the following:
Desktop PMS (your software): Please go to the Parameters | System Config | Register and make sure the Site ID and the password are correctly placed in.
Members Area and Support Area (the password stored online in our web services): Reset your password by visiting: https://members.bookingcenter.com/site_details.phtml and click the 'Modify Password' link. This will be the new password at the next login. make sure it matches exactly what is stored in the Desktop or else your Desktop will not be abel to upload to our online services.
