My letters are not printing, they just download to the my documents folder
This can happen if the registry setting that controls this type of document is set to download only and not open. A quick way to check, is to download and install another browser like Mozilla Firefox. Once you install this browser go to http://mypms.bookingcenter.com and login to your property. Choose a booking and print a letter. If it works then it is a setting in your current browser that is not allowing the file to open.
