Why is the Internet button greyed out?

When you open the BookingCenter software the Internet Button is greyed out and the Update Availability and Upload All Info buttons are missing.

This is caused by the software being set to having no internet connection. To fix this go to Parameters | Internet Configuration | Edit. The radio button on no connection causes the BookingCenter software to act as if no internet is available. Change this setting to Permanent if you are on 'always on high speed internet' (most clients are) or Dial up if you still use a dial up connection.

BookingCenter recommends the following settings. Use Automatic Updates, Every Hour, Use Live Sync.

When you have finished editing settings click Ok and exit the Internet Config and Parameters windows.
