Company and Postal Addresses - Why They May Be Different



In the Company Info section on your BookingCenter Desktop, it is VERY important to get the addresses correct.

Please go to Parameters | Company Information and click EDIT.  Then, place the property address in one locale and a business address in another.

Postal Address (one at top): Enter the postal address details. 
Note - The address details entered here will appear on the top of the Booking Advice, Booking Confirmation and Account Statements. 

Property Address (one at bottom): Enter the address details of the actual physical site.  Note - The address details entered here will appear on the bottom of the Booking Advice, Booking 
Confirmation, and online. 

See Chapter 2 of the Desktop Reference Manual, for more info on why and where to place POSTAL from PROPERTY Address, and then do a Full Update.
