MyCard | Credit Card I Received Is Not Valid

Sometimes a Guest or a Travel Agent uses a credit card that can not be charged for an authorization.

When this occurs, you will need to contact either the Guest directly or the Travel Agent who made the booking to get a valid credit card. BookingCenter can not help get it for you.

If the Guest details can not be found, contact the Agent who made the booking and they can assist.
