GDS or Website Listing After a Name ChangeWhen a property changes a name (even a minor change), it usually means a change of ownership. Thus, the property is going to have to be 'vetted' by all the consumer websites and added to their editorial processes. This can take weeks for some consumer websites. The GDS has the update immediately, but the sites you view through the web can take longer. This is one of the down sides to a name change. | |
