Adjusting Booking Costs

Any BookingCenter property can make any adjustments to any bookings at ANY time. If you use any of our Property Management Systems (Desktop or MyPMS) then simply by checking in and out, editing, or cancelling bookings, the costs is being updated in real-time and further action is required. But if you are using the online Management Tool, then you can adjust bookings UP TO 21 days after your statement was emailed to you. This is as much as 52 days after checkout, but always at least 21 days after checkout. We have a step-by-step guide for how to make adjustments using the Management Tool at:

Note that BookingCenter allows any modifications to any bookings up to 21 days after checkout. The only consideration is to make sure that cancellations made in a GDS or Global Booking Network channel are also cancelled in that channel in order to avoid a $10 Out of Channel Cancellation fee, explained in detail on this KnowledgeBase article:
