How do I process, or I am getting a decline for international credit cards?

International cards can be declined due to some part of the AVS system being down. It could be the card issuing bank or the processors AVS (Address Verification System) that is down. If you want to accept international cards please turn off the requirement of the address verification system when logged into Authorize.net.

There is always the ability to process the card manually in Authorize.net by doing a capture only transaction with the full credit card number and the authorization code. The authorization code can be obtained from via a phone call to the issuing bank or your merchant.

For instructions about specific transactions please contact Authorize.net at 1 (877) 447-3938.
