The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive on online bookings



This is due to the Gateway Account no longer working. It was closed - usually due to its balance past due after 30 days. It is your responsibility tp pay your Gateway fees - it is NOT BookingCenter's responsibility to do so.

You must now call AuthorizeNet at: +1-877-447-3938. You will give AuthorizeNet updated payment info, answer their security questions, and then they will re-enact your account NOTE - DO NOT change the account settings or the your Site(s ) will have to edited - just get this account re-enacted.

After the account is enacted, all will work again.
