Availability Screen Will Not Open

We have seen a few instances where the Availability calendar does not open on your Desktop PMS. There is a folder that holds temporary info about the calendar, and sometimes the preference folder needs to be deleted. This will force BookingCenter to rebuild the preferences for the availability calendar, and should solve any of these problems. The folder to trash is called "MasterObjects folder". Simply delete the entire folder.

On Mac the folder is:

/users/YOURUSERNAME/Library/Preferences/MasterObject Preferences

On Windows the folder is:

/Documents and Settings/YOURUSERNAME/Preferences/MasterObject Preferences
