The Group Bookings or individual Booking Account (Sales) will not print



The Printers must be set correctly to allow Accounts to print. If the feature for 'Use Registers' is turned on under Parameters | System Configurations (usually in conjunction with using the credit card reader or online authorizations), then the Register printer must be set for the specific Mac or Windows PC you are using. Each computer must be set.

Go to Parameters | Inventory | Registers and on each Mac or PC make sure the Printers button has the correct printer port chosen on the POS Roll Printer (for printing Receipts) and the Label Printer (printing Accounts). Once the correct port (usually on a Macintosh it is 'network Port' and a Windows may be Com Port, Parallel, or network printer). Then quit and restart and printing ought to work just fine.
