Email Statement or a Company Account



When emailing statement to a corporate clients, a window pops up saying that it was sent but there was no copy of the email in Outlook. I

BookingCenter email feature does NOT use Outlook (or any email tool on your PC/Mac), thus there is no log to track back the email. We recommend emailing a sample to you (by editing the Email field of the Guest/Company Account) so you can view what goes out from a Company Account Statement.  If the email was delivered successful, it will show a message 'Statement Emailed OK'.  If there is a problem, an error will show.
