Setting the Token/RUID as a UUID v4 (Universally Unique Identifier, v4) 128-bit value.

When a developer saves a booking, they must set the Token/RUID if desiring BookingCenter to use the Self Checkin/out processes as per the supported automation.  Failure to set it properly  will mean these events do not function.

For example. If Booking Number 1210X was given an RUID value:  pp6a557a84c968a5.83843279 then this would NOT work for automation processes, as it's wrong.

Rather the Token/RUID should be formatted like: C5DA37C8-9C45-48F1-BB94-EEAE6434F865

The RUID needs to follow the UUID v4 (Universally Unique Identifier version 4) as a 128-bit value.  If using PHP, BookingCenter use the following:  $uuid = UUID::v4();

If you're using a different programming method or language, save accordingly, else booking automation will not work.
