Maintenance message requires a REFRESH to avoid a 'stale' page

If you see a maintenance screen when trying to load a BookingCentrer web page, click FORCE REFRESH on your browser to see if it’s a ’stale’ page from an older event.  Our maintenance messages are normally no more than a few minutes, yet if a ’stale’ browser page is present for you, you can be tricked into thinking a maintenance event is still occurring.
 
 
We program the page to be ’no-cache’ (ie, your browser is always supposed to get a new request) but not all routers and web browsers support these settings.
 
 
If in doubt, try to access https://mypms.bookingcenter.com on your mobile phone or tablet, and that can also lead to the awareness that you are viewing an old maintenance page.
