Print Folio: How to suppress the url in the footer and header information

When printing a guests folio properties may notice information in the header that says 'BookingCenter:Property Management Software - Print Folio' and at the url of the booking at the bottom of the page i.e. 'https://mypms.bookingcenter.com/tblfolioitemswrapper.php?bookingID=ROGERS1745072&f=3265320'

 

Headers and Footers displaying when printing a webpage is a client preference and can be changed via the browser based print settings.  To suppress these find your browser below and follow the steps.

 

Chrome:

Bring up the print dialog via Ctrl-P (PC) or Command-P (Mac)
Click on the '+ More Settings'
Uncheck 'Headers and Footers'
Once unchecked and you print a page it should remain unchecked until manually re-enabled.

 

Firefox:

Mac OSX:

Click on Fille -> Print.
Click Show Details.
Set desired Header & Footer options to 'Blank'.

 

Windows:

Menu -> Print
Click 'Page Setup'
Click the 'Margins & Header/Footer tab'
Set desired Header & Footer options to 'Blank'.

 

Safari:

Click on File -> Print.
Click Show Details.
Set desired Header & Footer options to 'Blank'.

 

Internet Explorer:

Click on the Menu Cog -> Print -> Page Setup.
Under the Headers and Footers section set desired options to 'Blank'
