BookingSuite: Manage rates and availability

Outside systems, BookingCenter included, used to be able to manage rates and availability directly in BookingSuite. However, as of December 2017, BookingSuite has stopped all outside systems from interfacing to them. But BookingCenter developed a deep interface with a link from your BookingSuite to BookingCenter Booking Engine. To enact this, login to your BookingSuite Back End and choose the following:
We recommend that customers place their BookingCenter Booking Engine link for the BE URL and the Mobile URL (as the Booking Engine is 'responsive' and looks great on Mobile devices). Your URL can be found in the Setup Area of BookingCenter | Bookings | Website Code (https://mypms.bookingcenter.com/site_html_code.phtml). Take the code and paste it into the 2 areas. The code will look something like: https://book.bookingcenter.com/02/?site=MYPMSDO Your BookingCenter Site ID is the variable that goes on the end of the URL. In the example above, that is Site: MYPMSDO. Try to paste it into your web browser to test that it works correctly with your Site ID at the end. For best results, we recommend asking BookingSuite to add a calendar feature to your website so that an 'Arrival Date' and 'Departure Date' entry - from each page on your website - takes a guest directly to what is available. BookingSuite staff knows how to do this, as we support the 'parameters' they support. This method of interfacing offers the best results for a BookingSuite website.
