Cancelling a Booking and Using Cancellation Numbers

When a user presses the 'Cancel Booking' button, this brings the User to the Cancel Booking screen where the booking can be cancelled, notes added against the booking to keep a record of who authorized the cancelation and why (especially important if charging a cancellation fee) and time/date stamps the action.

There is also a Cancellation Number auto-assigned for each cancelled booking, and that number is unique so that it can be added to a Letter to confirm the cancellation with the Guest.
