Support for Macintosh Classic and the 'Classic Environment'

BookingCenter can no longer support Macintosh Version 4 or 5 of the Desktop PMS for customers who have installation, updating or any OS-related issues. This is because Apple has not supported the 'CLassic environment' on an Apple product since 2004 (when they moved to Intel-based chips), and BookingCenter can no longer support these older systems. We supported the older OS for 6 years, but now require an update to Version 6 to support any OS-related issue that occurs for our Version 4 or 5 Desktop customers.

What BookingCenter CAN support for Version 4 or 5 Macintosh customers who have a current support contract:

• Any BookingCenter operational issue that has no relationship to the OS or the OS functions such as networking, printers, or internet connectivity.

While we like to get the most of our technology purchases, if this applies to you, it is time to upgrade to a Mac OS X system and run BookingCenter Version 6. Please UPGRADE and get out of Classic!
