Mixing Credit Card machines with use of Add Receipts using AuthNetIf a property has made transactions that were placed via the card machine, you may (if desire) place them against the correct bookings but DO NOT use a credit card, such as Visa, or you you will double charge. Instead, use the Phone/Fax or a new Receipt Type of your choice (you can create them at: https://members.bookingcenter.com/site_receipt_types.phtml) such as 'offline credit card ' to get the bookings properly balanced with offline credit card receipts. One should be careful when mixing card charging approaches. | |
