Online Booking: Why is the status of my online booking 'unconfirmed ' or 'confirmed'?

All online bookings that PROCESS credit card deposits at the time of booking are set as status: confirmed. This only applies to users using one of our Point of Sale products who receives an authorization for an amount equal to their deposit policy. | |
