Error "Too many objects in controller instance" encounted in method

There are 2 reasons one may have this error:

1) If you have 100 or more rooms loaded into the Desktop Pro, there is a known bug and you need to update to version 6.16 to fix the error. Doing so will create a work - around so that the avail calendar will only show 100 rooms. But by selecting a Type, up top 100 Rooms of that Type will show. But only 100 rooms total will ever show at once.

We have a solution to this problem to do 2 important things:

Increase the number of rooms that can show to no limitation (but processing)
Increase the speed of drawing the calendar by a factor of 5-10 times.

2) If you experience this error and there is less than 100 rooms, then you have an errant preference file. If this is the case, delete the MasterObjects Preferences folder, as explained below:

When you open PlanBoard for the first time, a folder named
MasterObjects Preferences is created on your local hard disk. The
location of this folder depends on the operating system:

On Windows 95/98/Me: The local TMP or TEMP folder.
(Usually C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\)

On Windows NT/2000/XP: The user profile directory.
(Usually C:\Documents and Settings\Username\)

On Mac OS Classic: The Preferences folder.
(Usually Macintosh HD:System Folder:Preferences:)

On Mac OS X: The user's preferences folder.
