How do I insert a new season into my existing seasons? To insert a new season into your existing seasons you must be careful not to overlap the seasonal dates. An example would be if you had a summer season from May 1st to Aug 5th. Now you decide to add the 4th of July weekend as a new season. First, you must shorten your summer season to end on July 2nd. Then you add a new season starting on July 3rd and ending on July 5th. Now add another new season to finish out your summer season. The new season is July 6th to Aug 5th. This completes the summer season and includes your new ‘inserted’ season without overlapping your seasonal dates.
